Position Overview
We are hiring a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist licensed in Texas to join our growing clinical team. This is a part time 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and hybrid work options, including telehealth and in person care. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing collaborative treatment for children, teens, and families. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team that values quality care and professional autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
Provide medication management and psychoeducation to patients and families.
Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and schools to support integrated care.
Document encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely, compliant manner.
Participate in case discussions and team communication as needed.
Maintain HIPAA and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship.
Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license and DEA registration.
Experience with telepsychiatry and comfort working with neurodivergent youth.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
