Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist for neuropsychological testing and academic assessment of children and adolescents. The psychologist will evaluate autism, ADHD, learning differences, and emotional or behavioral concerns. This role focuses on accurate assessment, clear diagnosis, and practical, parent friendly feedback with treatment recommendations that support long term development

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological, and educational assessments.

  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized measures (cognitive, academic, emotional/behavioral).

  • Diagnose conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and learning disorders.

  • Prepare detailed written reports and provide feedback sessions for families.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and schools to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and timely documentation.

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology.

  • Active, unrestricted Texas Psychologist license.

  • Advanced training and experience in neuropsychological and academic assessment.

  • Proficiency with assessment tools such as WISC-V, WIAT-4, ADOS-2, BASC-3, and Conners-4.

  • Experience working with neurodivergent youth and families.

  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Compensation & Support

  • 60/40 split (Psychologist receives 60% of collected revenue).
