Position Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults. The ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals and skilled in CBT, DBT, play therapy, and family therapy. Experience with parent coaching is a plus.

This is a hybrid, part-time, flexible 1099 position with administrative, marketing, credentialing, and office space support provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and parent coaching sessions.

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.

  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, play therapy).

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and families to support integrated care.

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.

  • Comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, ADHD).

  • Strong communication, organization, and telehealth skills.

Compensation & Support

  • 60/40 split (Therapist receives 60% of collected revenue).
