Doctor's Biography

Dr. Reena Kumar is a double board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. Driven by a lifelong mission to make the world a better place for children, Dr. Kumar is deeply committed to helping young people and their families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. She values self-development and lifelong learning, constantly expanding her expertise to provide the highest standard of care.

Dr. Kumar takes a holistic and integrative approach to mental health, looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and their environment. In addition to her clinical practice, she is a passionate advocate for youth mental health, serving as an executive member of her regional child psychiatry organization. She also finds great fulfillment in teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians.

Outside of work, Dr. Kumar enjoys diving into a good book and spending quality time with her friends and family.
